A very great vision is needed, and the man who has it must follow it as the eagle seeks the deepest blue of the sky.” – American Indian saying
AN EXCITING CHANCE TO
LIVE INDEPENDENT –
WHILE SAVING THE ENVIRONMENT

Uniquely Practical – Practically Unique for… $100!!?
Bringing you closer to a happier, healthier Mother Earth
Right in your own front yard.
Break Away From The Pack With This Amazing
Green Home
The closer you look, the more you’ll love it. And because it’s now Solar Panel Powered (not shown), your electric and heating/air conditioning bills total out to… a whopping $0.00 annually.
Just imagine…
You’ve been working all day. That boss of yours just won’t let up! Meetings, assignments, deadlines – how on earth can he expect one person to juggle all that?
You long to give him a long glare that says, “You’re kidding, right?” But so far… nope. You don’t dare. Instead you just accept the extra work with a jaw-grinding smile.
Finally, the clock strikes Quitting Time.
Dedicated employee that you are, you put in the extra ten minutes finishing up that one assignment so it’ll be on Boss’s desk when he gets in next morning. Give yourself one Atsa-Way.
Out the door you hurry – and gasp as the summer air slams you like a wall of hot jello.
You climb into your oven-hot car and road-rage your way home. Can’t wait to get out of this cursed professional costume. Shorts and t-shirt, here you come!
Finally, dinner over, dishes clean – you climb up the outside stairs to your roof, walk barefoot across the cool clover-grass and settle into a comfy hammock. Ahhhh, yes!
The trees reach up almost level with you, creating a pleasant illusion of a tree house. Tucked above those every-day go-here, do-this demands, you feel like you’re in another land, high above the daily grind.
The Most Destructive Possession You Can Have Is a Closed Mind
If you’ve ever been to a big city in summer, you’ve experienced that ugly brown haze hanging heavy in the air. Ever follow a big loaded dump truck? Or an old transit bus? This is air pollution you can see.
Instead you can enjoy the bounty of the Chesapeake Bay… Fresh rockfish. Fried oysters. Steamed crabs. And shrimp galore – all treats for the gods.
Fishing, boating and swimming – life on the Bay is good, you know?
But the Bay’s harvest has dropped off sharply in these past years. Fishermen and crabbers tell you first-hand how the Chesapeake’s treasured fish and shellfish populations are growing scarcer and scarcer.
For more information about the modern-day effects of pollution, sign up for your free Report, “Composting Today”. You’ll also receive interesting yet information-laden emails from time to time… plus you’ll be the first to know when this wonderful Green Home comes available.
Why not sign up now – while you’re thinking about it. Hey – this eco-friendly house near the Bay might just be yours for just $100.

The Sun-Exposed Outer Walls
Between Windows Have
Vertical Green Plant Panels.
| The walls between the windows have hanging panels made from Non-Woven Landscaping Fabric, a durable fabric specially designed to wick water to the soil.
Hanging two feet out from the actual house’s walls so the air can circulate, each panel has vertical pockets for whatever plants suit your taste. Flowers? Petunias, impatience, pansies, forget-me-nots – it’s up to you. Vegetable plants? Cherry tomatoes, green beans, chives, spearmint, lettuce, even strawberries – whatever you like. Bushes or trees? Okay, let’s get real. These panel-pockets are about 6″ wide by 9″ high by 3″ back-to-front. Forget trees or bushes. But they’re just right for Lily-of-the-Valley or Basil! |

The Roof Is Designed As A Patio –
Life doesn’t get any better than an
old-fashioned
Crab feast on your Roof.

If the season is on, you must take advantage of the local specialty: Chesapeake Bay Blue Crabs. Caught that very morning, on your table that evening – a feast fit for royalty.
Steamed, dusted with just the right amount of Old Bay seasoning, served on old newspapers that can wrap around discarded shells for easy cleanup…
This roof has been carefully designed –
with a very innovative irrigation and drainage system.
Called an underground drip irrigation system, excess water drips off the roof and irrigates the hanging garden plants outside your walls.
Using either a timer or (when the world seems totally soaked-swamped) a unique flap-barrier system that senses when it’s too wet and over-rides the timer, your plants receive just the right amount of watering.
Leftover water from that? No, drowning your pretty pocket-plantings is not going to happen because excess water irrigates a “rain garden” planting area surrounding the base of your home.
After that, any runoff is captured in the underground ‘moat’ surrounding your home. Saves big-time on well water.
There are several other ways that water is recycled here… would you believe that water is recycled up to four times before being released into the ground? Astonishing!
Your green roof is a 53,000 square foot area that receives an average of 130,900 gallons of rainwater per year, of which 80,000 gallons are recycled four times before being lost to the subsurface soils within our irrigation scheme.
No wasted water here.
This “secret” underground moat serves your heat pump (aka Ground Source Heat Pump) piping for greater efficiency and acts as a reservoir for all the onsite irrigation systems – and here these irrigation systems would water your yard plants – trees, lawn, bushes, flowers, etc.
And if the weather is too dry, your irrigation system taps into the underground ‘moat’, then well water and finally (only when absolutely necessary), the onsite pond for watering your poor thirsty greenery.
Don’t Forget Those Wonderful Solar Panels!
These are the “magic wand” that provide your independence from utility bills. They give long-term freedom from paying another sky-high electric bill.
Here’s how it works: SMECO pays you when the sun shines… and you pay SMECO when the sun doesn’t shine!
These panels are specially designed to make sure you’re not paying SMECO for year after year after year.
SMECO’s benefit? They use your house to help meet their requirement where a specific x% of their power production comes from “clean power producers” – no carbon- or nuclear-based electricity production.
The driveway and walkways
These have been designed to prevent runoff, using instead sturdy ground plants such as Irish Moss and clover within a strong plastic grid system that allows heavily-loaded traffic such as cement mixers or moving vans.
Careful, ladies – not high-heel friendly; you’ll need to carry your heels over this lawn-like surface.
Front Yard Pond
This peaceful micro-environment not only helps manage excess water runoff; they also attract local flora and fauna.
Imagine sitting in the living room, watching wildlife such as dragonflies, frogs, nesting ducks – even an occasional Great Blue Heron, as they enjoy life.
Right in your own front yard.
